By placing an order with Leap of Faith Paintings, you agree to the terms outlined below.

THE LEAP OF FAITH PAINTING PROCESS

PERSONAL COMMISSIONS

Customers submit a booking request via email, including the photo of their chosen landscape and any personalisation details. The artist will follow up to arrange a brief consultation to confirm the vision and requirements for the piece before accepting the commission.

Once the booking is accepted, a 25% deposit is required to begin the drafting process. The artist will then create a preliminary sketch and share it with the customer to confirm layout and image placement. Minor revisions can be made at this stage.

Upon approval of the draft, the remaining balance is due. The painting will then be completed and dispatched to the customer.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Each painting is hand-crafted, and timelines can vary based on size, level of detail, personalisation, and revision requests. Standard commissions typically take 10–14 days to complete. Dispatch times may vary depending on your location.

If your artwork is needed by a specific date, please let us know during your consultation — we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

PAYMENT PROCESS

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure invoice via email. Payments can be made using a credit or debit card through a secure payment link.

If final payment is not received upon completion, the artwork will not be dispatched. In such cases, the artist reserves the right to retain any partial payments to recover the cost of materials and time invested. All customer payment details are securely processed and removed following completion for privacy and security.

REFUND POLICY

You are entitled to a full refund at any point during the drafting process if you are unhappy with the direction of the work — no questions asked.

If you choose to cancel after the draft has been approved, a partial refund may be issued at the artist’s discretion to help recover costs of time and materials.

Please note: Once a painting has been completed and delivered, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
